ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for Romanian-speaking Content Moderators to join our client's team in Porto. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content in line with platform guidelines. Please note: this position requires regular exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates must demonstrate emotional resilience and a strong capacity to manage this professionally. Wellbeing support is provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: — Review and moderate Romanian-language content in accordance with platform policies — Make consistent, policy-based decisions on content approval, restriction, or removal — Identify and escalate high-severity content following defined protocols — Maintain accuracy and consistency under time pressure — Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment with content guidelines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: — Fluent in Romanian (C2 level) and good command of English — Emotional resilience — ability to process sensitive content professionally — Strong decision-making and written communication skills — Comfortable with rotative schedules including weekends — EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse — Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Scheduled + NIF — Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Already Attended + NIF 

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: — Base salary paid over 14 months —  Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day — Health Insurance from day 1 (monthly fee applies, free after 6 months) — Relocation support for candidates from outside Porto: shared accommodation for up to 12 months (details discussed at interview stage).
