We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Service professionals based in Lisbon to join a Payment Solutions team focused on delivering high-quality support and seamless customer experiences.
Location: Lisbon (On-site)
Start date: 04/06/2026
Contract type: CDD (6 months)
Days off: 2 rotating days per week
About the Role
You will be part of a customer support team within the payments sector, assisting users with inquiries related to transactions, account issues, and service-related requests. The role requires accuracy, empathy, and strong communication skills to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with payment-related questions and account inquiries
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Work closely with an international support team
What We're Looking For
- Fluent French communication skills
- Strong English level (C1 required – validated via Harver assessment)
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work efficiently in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
- Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
