24/7 Rotational Shifts | Monday–Sunday | 2 days off per week
Salary per 14 months + 150€ per 11 months
Welcome Bonus: 1500€ (paid in 12 monthly installments)
About the Role
We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading Diabetes Medical Devices project. In this role, you will provide professional support to customers, assisting them with inquiries, product guidance, and troubleshooting while maintaining high-quality service standards.
This position operates on rotational shifts, including occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00). Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24/7 schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Dutch and English
- Assist customers with product-related questions and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer requests
- Escalate complex issues following internal procedures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1)
- Ability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
- Eligibility to work in Portugal:
- EU ID or Residence Card
- Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Scheduled + NIF
- Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Attended + NIF
- Manifestação de Interesse
- Night shift flexibility preferred but not mandatory every month
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary per 14 months + 150€ attendance bonus per 11 months
- Welcome Bonus: 1500€ (distributed monthly in first year)
- Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day
- Health insurance: from day 1 (monthly contribution required, free after 6 months)
- Relocation support available for candidates inside and outside Portugal
