Overview of the Position
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a fast-paced team based in Malaga. This role is central to our client's expansion, focusing on scaling the business through active prospecting, lead cultivation, and establishing meaningful connections with potential corporate partners. You will act as a strategic partner to the sales department, helping clients identify and adopt technical solutions that align with their commercial goals.Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Discover and vet fresh sales prospects through proactive outbound outreach.
  • Consultative Engagement: Connect with potential leads to diagnose their specific business hurdles and requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust rapport with both prospects and existing customers.
  • CRM Management: Utilize platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics 365 to monitor lead progression and pipeline health.
  • Team Synergy: Work in tandem with Sales Teams and Account Managers to ensure the seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Performance: Consistently reach or surpass defined monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product portfolios and broader market trends.

Candidate Profile

  • Linguistic Ability: Bilingual proficiency in Danish and a high level of fluency in English.
  • Professional Background: 1–2 years of experience within IT sales, account management, or client relations, backed by a history of hitting targets.
  • Technical Literacy: Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and a self-starting, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to remain productive and focused in a hybrid working arrangement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling or managing Microsoft ecosystems (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).
  • Official Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (Modern Workplace, BizApps, or Azure).

Employment Terms & Logistics

  • Location: Malaga, Spain (Hybrid model).
  • Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
  • Contract: Spanish local contract.
  • Timeline: Immediate start (ASAP).
