Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 + €300/month language bonus

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will handle a mix of sales and marketing tasks, interact with clients, and help drive business growth. Full project details will be shared during the interview process.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out sales and marketing activities in line with project guidelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team KPIs
• Communicate professionally in Dutch and English with both clients and internal teams
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales (marketing experience is an advantage)
• Dutch proficiency: C1 level / English: B2 level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must currently be based in Berlin
• Legal authorization to work in Germany (EU citizenship or valid residency permit; student visas are not accepted)
