What we need
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Customer Success Specialist for our membership products! In this role you will have regular engagement with our public and paid communities on various platforms such as Facebook, webinars, Zoom, direct message and email. As the primary point of contact for our members, you will guide them on their journey through our membership programs. Whether you're onboarding new members or dealing with customer retention, you will motivate and encourage customers to reach their goals by offering support, resources and compassion.
Reports to: TME Customer Success Lead
Location: Brantford, Ontario. We are remote-friendly!
What you'll do
Engage with and support our community members on a daily basis
Support our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products
Keep clients engaged and using our products on an ongoing basis
Report on recurring conversation or concern themes. Making suggestions for course of action where appropriate
Resolve customer issues and reduce customer churn
Execute and deliver assigned onboarding or program implementation sequences for all product categories
Support in filtering and organizing incoming questions across the product categories. Communicate & set expectations while providing resources wherever necessary
Participate in live calls, events or webinars where needed
Protect and amplify our community's unique culture & the company's reputation within our industry

Prior experience in customer support or sales roles is preferred
Proven history of building and maintaining customer relationships
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, is required
