About the role:

The Supply Chain E2E Improvement Lead is responsible for providing project management coaching and support to the Tiger Teama cross-functional group dedicated to the AM Uplift & Spare Parts deployment. This role focuses on delivering program initiatives and improving site parts performance through effective coordination, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates who are bilingual in French and English are preferred.

Location: Ideally based in Labrador City or Sept-Îles, with travel between both sites to support deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach Workstream and Initiative Leads on project management methodologies, tools, best practices, and deployment processes.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, document lessons learned, and promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance program outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Support PG/Site Parts Lead and Owner in tracking performance metrics, monitoring key initiatives, and identifying risks or dependencies that may impact program delivery.
  • Ensure program deliverables meet established standards through quality audits and compliance checks.
  • Organize and manage program meetings, deep-dive sessions, reviews, and workshops, ensuring timely dissemination of critical information.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and standards for program management, ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies and contributing to PMO policy development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Workstream and Initiative Leads to foster teamwork and collaboration.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven ability to lead change and operate in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading and coaching multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in project planning, resource management, and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management and rapport-building abilities.
  • Background in supply chain, including asset management, engineering, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and process improvement strategies.
  • Technical proficiency or domain expertise in relevant supply chain functions.

Please note that you will be required to work in an industrial environment, requiring hands-on field supervision. This may include working at heights, dirty/dusty and noisy environments, and confined spaces. All personal protective equipment and site-specific training will be provided.
