Job Overview
Achieves maximum sales profitability and volume growth by increasing product placement and distribution reach. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale. Keep and increase business share of customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and manage trade accounts receivables
- Build good working relationships with customers
- Understand the needs of the business customers
- Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
- Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Research the market and related products
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Check the quantities of goods on display and in stock
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Gather market and customer information
- Feed future buying trends back to employers
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Assigned location: Pagadian, Ozamis, Dipolog & Iligan
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales, may be combined with some level of Customer Service or inside sales experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of initiative and great time management skills
- Responsible and strong sense of ownership
- Willing to be trained locally and abroad
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Must be from Zamboanga del Sur or Iligan
