Mission:
As we build product, we need sharp thinkers to shape the business around it. From market research to early GTM planning, this role is your crash course in building a startup.
Education & Eligibility:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in business administration in Canada.
- Enrolled in a co-op program (Note: this is only eligible for unpaid co-op placement).
We provide real product experience, mentorship, and a standout portfolio- not busywork
What you'll do/your Day-to-Day:
- Research and map the hiring tech landscape
- Assist in messaging, copy, and GTM collateral
- Support founder-led growth efforts
- Test outreach strategies + analyze early adoption metrics
- Assist in competitor analysis and positioning
You might be an ideal fit if you:
- Think strategically but execute tactically
- Have an interest in SaaS, hiring tech, or startup ecosystems
- Are curious, analytical, and willing to get your hands dirty
- Are fluent in Notion, Canva, LinkedIn, Airtable, or similar tools
Great for future founders, product managers, or operators. Learn by doing.
