About the Client:

Our client is a 20-year industry leader and core supplier in the U.S. ERP space, known for delivering enterprise-grade Oracle solutions to Fortune 500 companies and public sector institutions. As they scale to meet rising demand in AI-powered, data-driven ERP implementations, they are seeking a Senior Oracle Technical Architect to lead complex technical delivery across multiple large-scale transformation programs.

This is a strategic, high-impact role for a technologist who can architect across legacy and modern stacks, lead technical delivery, and guide clients through complex Oracle implementations, migrations, and modernization efforts.

Role Summary:

As the Senior Oracle Technical Architect, you will lead the end-to-end technical design, integration strategy, and execution of enterprise Oracle ERP solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring scalable architecture, clean integrations, performance optimization, and modern engineering practices across delivery teams. You'll serve as a technical thought leader, working cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee Oracle ERP technical architecture across implementations (Cloud + on-prem)
• Lead development of custom extensions, integrations, conversions (RICEW components), and reports
• Drive data migration strategy and tool selection for large-scale deployments
• Provide technical governance, solution validation, and best practices across ERP landscapes
• Collaborate with functional architects, business analysts, and client teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud (Fusion), AI/ML integrations, and emerging ERP trends
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and DevOps practices in Oracle environments
• Support pre-sales and solutioning in partnership with delivery and sales teams as needed

Top Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP technical design and architecture
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS R12, and Fusion Middleware
• Expertise in RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Experience with PaaS, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
• Deep understanding of PL/SQL, Java, BI Publisher, and Oracle ADF
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern cloud architecture practices
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead technical teams in complex environments
• Experience in public sector, manufacturing, or utilities verticals is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset
• Ability to mentor junior developers and offshore teams
• Exposure to AI, ML, or RPA integrations within ERP ecosystems is a bonus
