What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with the installation of insulation (batts, spray foam, and blown-in) in attics, basements, and walls

  • Support crew leads with job site setup, preparation, and clean-up

  • Learn how to safely use tools and equipment

  • Communicate with team members and follow all safety procedures

  • Represent NAS professionally at customer homes and job sites

What Were Looking For

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn no insulation experience needed

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable working in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, basements)

  • Valid drivers license or reliable transportation

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Good communication and time management skills
