We are partnering with a mission-driven behavioral health organization seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead hospital operations, elevate clinical quality, and drive sustainable growth across a multi-service care environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an operator who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, regulatory precision, and business performance.

What You'll Own:

  • Full operational leadership of a behavioral health hospital, including clinical quality, financial performance, and regulatory compliance
  • Development and execution of strategic business plans, driving census growth and EBITDA performance
  • Oversight of licensure, accreditation (Joint Commission/CMS), and continuous survey readiness
  • Recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing clinical and leadership teams
  • Expansion of continuum of care services, including outpatient and community-based programs
  • Relationship building across medical staff, community stakeholders, and referral networks
  • Leadership of payer strategy, contract negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior operator in a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care setting
  • Deep expertise in hospital operations, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance (JCAHO/CMS)
  • Strong track record of driving census growth, financial performance, and operational turnaround or expansion
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and physician partnerships
  • High emotional intelligence with a visible, hands-on leadership style
