Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a leading engineering services organization to hire a Senior Field Service Representative supporting electrical power systems across commercial and industrial environments.
This is a hands-on, high-impact field role where you'll be at the center of critical infrastructure—supporting everything from startup and commissioning to troubleshooting and emergency response.

What You'll Do

Support the full lifecycle of electrical power systems:
startup, commissioning, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades - Lead smaller projects independently and support larger field teams
- Diagnose and resolve issues across power distribution and control systems
- Generate clear, accurate service reports and performance insights
- Provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Mentor junior technicians and support knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, testing, and servicing power distribution or control systems
- Strong understanding of 3-phase power systems
- Ability to work in the field with travel, variable hours, and physically active environments
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Preferred:
- Experience with protective relays, power quality analysis, and system diagnostics
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- NICET / NETA certification or electrical licensing
- Prior experience in industrial, utility, or mission-critical environments
