What You'll Be Doing

• Operate multiple CNC/NC machines to produce high-quality parts
• Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments
• Read and follow operation sheets, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform quality checks using gauges and inspection tools
• Identify and help troubleshoot machine or control issues
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience
• Ability to work overnight shift consistently
• Experience with:
  • Tool changes
  • Reading blueprints
  • Quality inspection (gauges, measurement tools)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

Location Requirement

• Must live within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY
• No relocation available
• No visa sponsorship available
