You will play a key role in coordinating and managing daily operations across multiple departments in a fast paced, peak season retail business. From workload planning and staff scheduling to training delivery and project coordination, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You will also work closely with senior leadership, supporting strategic projects, coordinating communication across teams, and helping to deliver high standards of operational excellence.

What You will be doing:

  • Plan, delegate, and track 100s of daily operational tasks across multiple teams.
  • Manage rotas, holidays, and staff briefings for up to 40 team members.
  • Create and deliver staff training materials and development programmes.
  • Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, events, and cross-departmental projects.
  • Produce professional documentation including manuals, user guides, and process maps.
  • Support recruitment, performance tracking, and business development initiatives.

What We are Looking For:

  • Exceptionally organised and detail-driven, with strong task-management skills.
  • Confident communicator with experience briefing and coordinating teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable creating professional documents.
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Logical problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers results.
  • Adaptable and dynamic enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Benefits

  • Salary up to £35,000 + bonus up to £3,000 + paid overtime.
  • Full-time (40 hours/week) primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends.
  • 30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
