Personal Assistant to CEO & Office Manager

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (full-time) + £3,000 discretionary bonus + optional paid overtime. Part-time considered (24–30 hrs/week, pro rata).

Location: Branston/Lincoln HQ, with flexible hybrid working options.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support a fast-paced, dynamic CEO. This is a pivotal role requiring a professional who can manage complex business and personal schedules, anticipate needs, and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. You will be a trusted confidante, providing proactive support that allows the CEO to focus on strategic priorities while you handle the operational, administrative, and lifestyle management aspects.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive & Personal Support: Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, organise travel (including visas and international itineraries), prepare presentations, and handle confidential personal and business matters.
  • Household & Lifestyle Management: Oversee personal administration, reconcile expenses, coordinate suppliers, and manage budgets with discretion and precision.
  • Office & HR Administration: Support recruitment, onboarding, training, team coordination, budget management, and office operations. Organise meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Events & Team Engagement: Plan and deliver company events, staff activities, and recognition initiatives to foster a positive, productive environment.

About You:
We are looking for an exceptional professional who combines high standards with a personable, approachable demeaner:

  • Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.
  • Outstanding organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communicator, confident liaising across all levels of an organisation.
  • Proactive problem-solver with initiative and foresight.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and discreet.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
