Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts and provide consistent support to customers. This role focuses on maintaining accurate account records, assisting with customer needs, and ensuring a high level of service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide account-related assistance
  • Maintain and update accurate customer account information
  • Monitor account activity and ensure proper documentation is recorded
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues
  • Assist customers with service requests and follow-up needs
  • Prepare account summaries, reports, and updates as needed
  • Support onboarding and ongoing account maintenance processes
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding account matters
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
