Position Summary
Novra Corp is seeking a Customer Account Representative to manage client accounts and provide consistent support to customers. This role focuses on maintaining accurate account records, assisting with customer needs, and ensuring a high level of service and communication.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide account-related assistance
- Maintain and update accurate customer account information
- Monitor account activity and ensure proper documentation is recorded
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues
- Assist customers with service requests and follow-up needs
- Prepare account summaries, reports, and updates as needed
- Support onboarding and ongoing account maintenance processes
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding account matters
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
