Position Summary
Novra Corp is seeking a Communications Assistant to support customer communications, administrative coordination, and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing professional communication and customer engagement skills.
The Communications Assistant will work closely with internal teams to help maintain consistent communication processes, coordinate correspondence, and support day-to-day operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and distributing communications to customers and clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications
- Support communication projects and outreach initiatives
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-up communications
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email platforms
- Attention to detail and accuracy
