Are you a highly organized and proactive project manager with a passion for SEO and digital strategy? Were looking for a detail-oriented SEO Project Manager to lead and coordinate all SEO-related initiatives across our fast-paced iGaming projects. In this role, you'll work closely with the SEO Director and multiple cross-functional teams to keep projects running smoothly and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

SEO Project Management

• Plan, prioritize, and manage the execution of SEO initiatives and daily tasks.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables; provide regular updates to the SEO Director.
• Support internal operations:
• Report employee leaves (e.g., sick days, vacations) to HR.
• Assist with documentation processes for SEO and Brand Managers.
• Track and report team hours.
• Coordinate tool access, platform transitions, and communication within the department.
• Send internal announcements and ensure alignment between Costa Rica and the Marketing department.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the main Project Owner (PO) across all SEO-related initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams (Brand Managers, SEO Specialists, etc.).
• Ensure effective task delegation and workflow efficiency.
• Promote innovation and process improvements within the team.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong background in Project Management, ideally in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing SEO-related projects.
• Comfortable using project management and productivity tools.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with key SEO principles and trends (you don't need to be an SEO expert, but understanding the basics is essential).
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana)
• Basic knowledge of SEO concepts and terminology
• Excellent spoken and written English
