Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team. This is more than just a phone-based support role-you'll be part of a collaborative team that directly interacts with customers, warehouse staff, and inventory teams to ensure excellent service delivery and smooth operations.

You'll play a key role in representing our company with professionalism, care, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from a call queue, assist customers with questions, and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Make detailed notes on every customer interaction for tracking and follow-up.
• Assist walk-in customers, providing in-person support, quotes, and explain product features, and recommend services based on customer needs.
• Process payments and returns accurately while following company policy.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professionalism, product knowledge, and clear communication.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk or customer area.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and share ideas to help streamline operations and increase profitability.
• Demonstrate a coachable attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a more professional team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Previous customer service experience (in-person and over the phone)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset
