Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls in English and Spanish for quotes, orders, and product support
• Handle questions about tracking, returns, and warranties
• Use internal systems to log calls and check inventory
• Share insights from customer interactions that can improve service

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Experience handling customer calls (preferably in a service or support role)
• Organized, dependable, and fast on your feet
