Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in English and Spanish for quotes, orders, and product support
- Handle questions about tracking, returns, and warranties
- Use internal systems to log calls and check inventory
- Share insights from customer interactions that can improve service
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Experience handling customer calls (preferably in a service or support role)
- Organized, dependable, and fast on your feet
- Committed to doing quality work and improving over time

Package Details
- $20–$22/hour based on experience
- 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
- Paid time off
