Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to handle the procurement of parts and supplies, both in bulk and individually. This role requires a proactive approach to purchasing and vendor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess inventory needs and communicate requirements to vendors.
• Negotiate pricing to achieve cost savings.
  
• Create and process accurate purchase orders.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process 
• Work with internal departments to identify and fulfill purchasing needs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
