CCNP Network Operations Engineer [x2]

Job Summary:

We are seeking CCNP-certified Network Operations Engineers to support our infrastructure needs

Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and repair network systems
• Ensure reliable and secure network access across the organization
• Schedule and execute routine network maintenance
• Address networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues
• Identify and resolve recurring network problems
• Manage switch backups and configurations
• Install and configure hardware as needed
• Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of routing, switching, and high availability protocols

Qualifications:

• Matric and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Cisco CCNP (required); CCNA, CCIE, or other relevant certifications are a plus
• 7 years in network support or IT operations.
• 7 years in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment.
