Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Platform Architect with deep expertise in ERP systemsparticularly SAPto lead the design, integration, and governance of enterprise-wide ERP platforms. This role bridges enterprise architecture and ERP solution design, ensuring that ERP systems align with business strategy, IT standards, and digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities:

  • ERP Platform Architecture
  • Design and maintain the target architecture for ERP platforms (SAP) aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Define integration patterns between ERP and non-ERP systems.
  • Lead the ERP platform modernization roadmap, including cloud migration and modularization.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, data models, and governance frameworks for ERP environments.
  • Evaluate and select ERP-related tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other enterprise platforms using APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Oversee master data management (MDM) and data consistency across platforms.
  • Define security architecture for ERP platforms, including identity and access management, data protection, and audit compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize ERP system performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Act as the ERP architecture lead in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor solution architects and technical teams on ERP best practices and architectural patterns.
  • Engage with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with 5+ years focused on ERP (preferably SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, and integration tools.
  • Experience with cloud ERP deployments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks .
  • SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate).
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps in ERP environments.
  • Understanding of finance, supply chain, and HR business processes.
  • Preferably mining experience
