Senior Business Analyst (SAP/Omni)

Summary of role:

The Business Analyst will support end‑to‑end retail business processes by analysing requirements, optimising workflows, and ensuring that system enhancements align with operational and customer experience needs. This role partners closely with merchandising, supply chain, store operations, finance, and IT teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, stock accuracy, customer experience, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and strategize approach to BA work
• Facilitate sessions workshops, interviews with stakeholders
• Elicit, document requirements (e.g. BRD) and review
• Document Epics, Features and User Stories (with acceptance criteria)
• Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
• Manage UAT
• Support/BAU

Qualifications:

• Matric and a Tertiary qualification
• Certified BA with over 8 years of experience
• Retail experience
• Omni and Ecommerce experience
• SAP eCommerce Remediation/ Hybris /Omni
• Agile and Waterfall experience
• AP modules experience: SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud
