Summary of Role
A Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, customization, and implementation of scalable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform. The role involves collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring system performance, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced customisations using X++ and C#.
• Lead integrations using Dual Write, Logic Apps, APIs.
• Manage full ALM cycles via LCS and Azure DevOps.
• Optimise performance and oversee production support.
• Mentor junior developers and review technical designs.

Qualifications:

• Matric and a Bachelor's degree in IT
• Microsoft D365 FO Developer certification preferred.

Skills:

• 5+ years D365 F&O development experience.
• Deep expertise in X++, integrations, Data Entities, SSRS.
• Strong knowledge of D365 architecture and modules.
• Experience with CI/CD and environment management.
