Senior Business Analyst (SAP S4 Hana)

Experience:

• Certified BA with over 8 years:

• Retail experience
• Finance experience
• Agile/Waterfall experience
• Transformation project experience
• SAP modules experience:
• Required: Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Desirable: Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

• Plan/Strategise approach to BA work
• Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
• Elicit, document requirements (e.g. BRD) and review
• Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
• Manage UAT

Qualifications:

• Matric and a Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with requirements documentation and process mapping tools.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Data analysis/reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, SQL advantageous).
