The Specialist Training Program (NSTP) is designed to prepare you for a high-impact cybersecurity role with one of our partner organizations. From day one, you are a W-2 employee, earning a salary while building real-world skills through hands-on training and guided development.

You'll remain employed throughout the program and after placement, with continued support, upskilling, and opportunities for career progression.
