Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad spectrum of disputes and claims

• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

• Conducting in-depth legal research and ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct

• Representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and other ADR processes

• Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure outstanding client service

About You

• Minimum 2 years PQE in dispute resolution

• Solid understanding of litigation processes and Alternative Dispute Resolution methods

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• A client-centric approach with the ability to build strong relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work collaboratively
