Key Responsibilities

Managing the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land (private treaty and auction)

Drafting and advising on deeds of easement and overage agreements

Providing non-contentious farm tenancy advice

Collaborating with colleagues in private client, commercial property, and company commercial teams

Attending networking events and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
-
Minimum 2 years PQE with solid transactional property experience

Knowledge of agricultural property law (desirable but not essential)

Strong commercial awareness with a client-focused approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
