Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land (private treaty and auction)

  • Drafting and advising on deeds of easement and overage agreements

  • Providing non-contentious farm tenancy advice

  • Collaborating with colleagues in private client, commercial property, and company commercial teams

  • Attending networking events and contributing to business development initiatives

About You

  • Minimum 2 years PQE with solid transactional property experience

  • Knowledge of agricultural property law (desirable but not essential)

  • Strong commercial awareness with a client-focused approach

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive team player with an innovative mindset
