Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for Email Marketing Specialist (EDM) who will be responsible for creating engaging email marketing campaigns that will generate leads and convert sales. 

About the job

• Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
• Curate and strategise EDMs according to conditions i.e. browse/cart abandonment, welcome discount, etc.
• Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Optimize & refine email flow to ensure robust branding/marketing messages
• Writing engaging copies for email marketing campaigns
• Tracking and analyzing campaign results to better improve future campaigns
• Aiding additional digital marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

• Required knowledge with CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Active Campaign, or Salesforce
• Understanding of the principles of design and user experience
• Good copywriting ability
• Experience or knowledge in HTML and CSS is an added bonus.
