As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building a talented and diverse team to support our mission of transforming the financial landscape in Haiti. You will be responsible for the end- to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top-notch talent to drive our mission forward. Your role will involve strategic planning, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and fostering a positive employer brand in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various channels to source and attract top-tier candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and community outreach.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
• Implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain accurate documentation related to the recruitment process.
• Provide onboarding support in collaboration with HR and other relevant departments.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior recruiting role.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the Haitian job market or a similar cultural context.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting in the financial technology sector.
• Familiarity with the banking industry in Haiti.
• Previous experience working with diverse and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in relevant recruiting tools and platforms.
• Experience building out and using an Applicant Tracking System.
