We seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in business development and sales. In this position, you will develop and execute strategic business development initiatives, engage with C-Suite executives, and high-net-worth business owners.
You will leverage your marketing and analytical skills to identify market trends, capitalize on business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What will you do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking, and market expansion strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to promote specialized accounting services and proprietary software solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-Suite executives and small/medium-sized high-net-worth business owners.
- Manage the 360-degree business development cycle, from initial outreach and presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
- Collect, analyze, and act on client feedback to refine and enhance service offerings and software capabilities.
- Leverage CRM platforms, lead generation tools, and digital marketing strategies to identify prospects and drive conversions.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize online channels, webinars, and networking events strategically to build awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Employ analytical skills to identify and capitalize on market trends, client needs, and competitive opportunities.

- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
What do you bring to the role:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition at the C-Suite level or high-net-worth business owners
- Ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
