We are working with a dynamic boutique law firm seeking a Litigation Associate for their Stamford, CT office.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working on business litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and motions. They will work on civil litigation, white collar defense, and securities matters as well as internal investigations. Experience in those areas are preferred. They will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required. CT Bar admission, or the ability to become admitted in CT, is required. NY Bar admission is a plus.
