Commercial Real Estate Finance (Affordable Housing) Associate (Hybrid)

 Job Description:

We are working with an Am Law 200 firm, seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join their Real Estate & Development Practice in their Washington DC; Boston, MA; Providence, RI; Stamford, CT; Hartford, CT; or New York City office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate finance transactions. Strong fundamentals, including experience with or exposure to title and survey review, loan document drafting, real estate due diligence, and condominium and zoning review are required. Experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing transactions is a plus. Attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location. Graduation from law school and practice experience required.

New York, Massachusetts, and DC Applicants: The target base salary range for this position is $202,500 to $227,500. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, qualifications, and office location.
