We are working with a dynamic boutique law firm seeking a Debt Finance Associate or Counsel for their Stamford, CT office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in a broad range of complex debt financing transactions, including senior secured and mezzanine financings, and will be capable of leading matters with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience. CT Bar admission, or the ability to become admitted in CT, is required. NY Bar admission is a plus.
