In this role, you will...

• Be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining workstations or network peripherals;
• Provide user with IT support related to their laptops, mobile, printers, access, application etc.  
• Write explanatory documents for software installation;
• Adapt and diversifying the IT Level 1 Support based on needs;
• Prepare of activity reports: daily and / or weekly;
• Ensure the security of software and hardware products and data in accordance with company policies;
• Respond promptly to any problem reported in order to solve or escalate, respecting the working procedures and the reaction time provided.

We are looking for someone with following background

• With or without prior experience in IT Support role - technician;
• Knowledge in providing technical support for Windows, Office365, Users, VPN, Virtualisation, network;
• Knowledge of data transfer and communications equipment;
• Very good knowledge of common software packages;
• Networking knowledge (cabling, routers, servers, firewalls);
• Passionate about IT;
• Ability to work both in a team and individually;
• Exceptional, willing to work outside business hours and/or night-shifts. 
• Foreign languages: knowledge of English.
• B - Driving License (nice to have)
