About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant GCP (Tech Lead) with strong experience in cloud architecture, enterprise solutions, and modern distributed systems.

The role focuses on designing, validating, and supporting scalable cloud-native architectures within complex international environments, while also providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document technical architectures based on business and functional requirements
  • Lead architecture validation and technical review sessions
  • Support project teams during delivery, MVP, and release phases
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineers
  • Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions on GCP
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and platform evolution
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in Agile / SAFe environments

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, VPC
  • Hybrid cloud and on-premise architectures
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm

Architecture & Integrations

  • Microservices, event-driven, serverless architectures
  • REST APIs, API Management, streaming integrations
  • Enterprise architecture patterns and technical trade-offs

Security & Networking

  • Security by design, encryption, secret management
  • OAuth2 / OIDC, Okta, IAM
  • Networking, segmentation, proxies, load balancing

DevOps & Observability

  • CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Cloud Build)
  • Infrastructure as Code
  • Monitoring, logging, tracing, cloud cost optimization

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Solution / Cloud Architecture roles
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Good understanding of integrations, networking, and security principles
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams
  • Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Big Data / streaming technologies experience
  • Exposure to Edge computing or hybrid infrastructure environments
