About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our software development projects and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
You will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear and actionable requirements, and supporting the development team throughout the delivery lifecycle in an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear User Stories, including relevant Acceptance Criteria.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Developers, and other technical stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain items within the Product Backlog, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Clarify requirements and User Stories during development and support the team throughout the sprint.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization.
- Support the team in translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Review delivered functionalities and support functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, analyze, and clarify defects or gaps between business requirements and delivered solutions.
- Maintain functional documentation and ensure requirements and decisions are properly documented.
- Support the delivery lifecycle from initial requirement analysis through implementation, testing, and release.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, products, and Agile ways of working.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT projects.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience writing and managing User Stories.
- Good understanding of Acceptance Criteria and functional requirements.
- Experience working with Product Backlogs and prioritization.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with functional testing and/or UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements, priorities, and dependencies.
