JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development and Sales

  • Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new enterprise customers
  • Negotiating and Closing deals on service-based contracts
  • Participating in development of business strategies
  • Support the company to meet its business objectives
  • Organizing & coordinating the commercial activities with your customers
  • Build a business unit to deliver services for local customers

Functional Management and Staffing

  • Continuously recruit, interview and match candidates in order to have already qualified talent ready to meet customers current and anticipated needs
  • Hires, trains, and evaluates new employees.
  • Motivates consultants through incentives and positive feedback

Business Unit Management

  • Ensures that his/her business unit meets its objectives and/or financial goals.
  • Prepares activity reports (KPIs) for top management
  • Develops and implements budgets (bonuses, events etc.)
  • Revises, monitor, and approves projects charging and billing
  • Prepares, validates, monitor, and executes business Risk/Contingency plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any relevant technical/ business domain
  • Proven experience in sales and/or recruiting and/or account management is preferred
  • Great interest in Enterprise technologies and services delivery.
  • Comfortable in planning and executing operations and roadmaps.
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written, French is a plus.
  • Driving license
