ROLE INSIGHTS

We are seeking a technical-functional SAP FI-CO S/4 HANA consultant to provide expertise ensuring the consistency of the end-to-end integration of the solution. This service involves collaborating closely with our client team to support the implementation and deployment phases of the S/4 HANA project. The main objective is to take ownership of the solution and manage its implementation in coordination with the client team and relevant project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support business workshops during the design phase of the future Core Design to ensure end-to-end integration of the S/4HANA;
• Assist in adjusting the FI-CO configuration based on outcomes from business workshops;
• Manage communications and relationships with stakeholders and development teams;
• Prepare detailed specification documents in English;
• Provide support during the MVP launch phase;
• Collaborate with client IT teams to identify post-MVP releases and define implementation approaches that minimize operational impact on existing information systems;
• Contribute to the Master Data and Data Cleansing strategy for integration purposes;
• Participate in defining the integration, testing, and migration strategy;
• Bring digital expertise to validate solutions proposed by the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with best practices and market standards;
• Recommend adjustments to prioritization based on assessed value;
• Engage in the continuous management and refinement of the Product Backlog lifecycle;
• Ensure the Product Backlog remains visible, transparent, and well-understood by all stakeholders;
• Break down selected features into User Stories small enough to be completed within a single sprint, including clear acceptance criteria for the development team;
• Understand and prioritize Technical Stories and Defect Stories proposed by the development team;
• Provide clarifications on User Stories upon the development teams requests during sprints.

Requirements:

• Strong business analyst capabilities;
• Modeling business processes based on S/4HANA;
• In-depth expertise in the F2M process;
• Defining and managing interfaces within the F2M domain;
• Solid understanding of MM/FI integration;
• Practical experience configuring the new S/4HANA system;
• Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology;
• Involved in innovative projects closely aligned with business needs;
• Comfortable sharing and transferring knowledge to team members and stakeholders;
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Skills:

• Proven experience in implementing or deploying ERP S/4HANA systems;
• Strong knowledge of the Finance to Manage domain within S/4HANA;
• Familiarity with SAP PO and Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• Minimum of 2 years xperience working on Agile projects.
