ROLE INSIGHTS
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage a specific project from initiation through to successful delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the project meets its goals and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Adapts overall strategy to consumer segment.
- Takes a lead role in finding, creating, qualifying, strategizing new business models and growth opportunities.
- Evaluates ideas to determine market potential, strategic relevance for company, customers and brand matching.
- Initiates and design top projects including heading the pilot phase and systematic handover to line organization according to project cycle.
- Implements a top project management and monitoring system in area to plan, monitor and control the whole project cycle in conjugation with different teams.
- Researches a wide variety of information requests, collecting and summarizing data and statistics from different sources and prepares charts, graphics and tables for presentation or inclusion in reports.
- Takes care of financial modeling and development of top down business cases for business development initiatives to asses (roughly) the impact of new opportunities.
- Negotiates and manages the relationship with (potential) key alliance partners associated with the practice areas including a relationship at an executive level.
- Adjusts existing KPIs reporting to ensure same data basis for all business decisions initiates know how transfer, especially with new business development and strategy departments.
- Supports the Chief Commercial Officer, especially in managing and quality check of board presentations, asseses and manages general external and internal requests..
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a similar role.
- Experience within the telecommunications industry or residential services sector is an advantage.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects or programs, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Ability to drive innovation, think strategically, and generate new ideas to improve project outcomes.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, MS Project.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
