Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a variety of customer interactions across multiple channels while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

  • Assist customers with account management, product or service questions, and issue resolution

  • Provide accurate information on policies, products, and procedures

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest enhancements

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet service goals

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication skills in Danish + English

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environments preferred

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software

  • Problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude

  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or evenings
