This is a service-oriented, inbound position focused on assisting customers with inquiries related to banking partnerships and rewards programs.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Your Role
- Providing accurate and empathetic support to clients regarding banking services and benefits
- Answering customer queries about partner programs and reward-related topics
- Ensuring all interactions meet confidentiality and compliance guidelines
- Documenting interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is preferable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts and remote settings
The Offer
- Fully remote anywhere in Portugal
- Rotating shifts between 07:0023:00, Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotating days off per week
- Full-time contract with structured onboarding and training
