Your Role

  • Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and friendly service.
  • Handle sales inquiries, general information requests, and customer complaints.
  • Manage sensitive customer cases, including escalations from regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations.
  • Support back-office tasks including ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate, real-time information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Exceed customer expectations by creating memorable, positive travel experiences.
  • Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent French(C1) and good English (B2).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in tourism or as a travel representative is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with empathy and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic schedules.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex or sensitive cases.
