About the job Customer Support Specialist (German-speaking)
Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Guide customers in selecting the right product based on their needs and budget.

Provide clear, accurate information about product features and specifications.

Keep customers informed on the progress of their orders and deliveries.

Assist with after-sales support, including warranty requests and issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Suggest improvements to processes and contribute to team best practices.

Support the creation and updating of training and knowledge resources.
Qualifications

Native or fluent German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
