About the job Health and Safety Business Partner
We are working with Lampton Services, a company wholly owned by the Borough of Hounslow to deliver waste & recycling, repairs & maintenance, homes, greenspace and leisure services.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to join the waste & recycling team to:
- Promote a positive safety culture
- Review and develop health and safety strategy, policies and systems
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Monitor performance, support audits and inspections
- Investigate incidents and develop preventative actions
This is a key role in the Health and Safety business team that also involves working closely with the Group Head of Health & Safety and the senior management team to advise on health and safety across the whole organisation.

You will need:
- Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and best practice
- Experience providing proactive health and safety advice (ideally within the waste sector)
- Professional H&S qualification – ideally NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ equivalent
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Attendance in the office at Cranford is required 2 days a week, 1 day in the Feltham office and 2 days work from home.

Package Details
- Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
