The referral scheme is only open to individuals who are registered with Ocean Edge Executive Search (OE) and where the person being referred is not already registered with OE.

If an individual is placed in a role within 6 months of being referred to OE the person who made the introduction will receive a £250 Amazon voucher via email to the email given on this form.

If an individual is referred to OE by more than one person & the individual referred is placed within 6 months, the person who first referred the individual will receive the voucher.

By participating in the referral scheme you agree that you have the consent of the person you are referring to forward their contact details to us. You also confirm that both you and the individual you are referring agree to receive marketing material from OE.

OE reserves the right to amend and or cancel the referral scheme at anytime.

In the case of any disputes Ocean Edge’s decision is final
