Job Summary
Join our team as an AI Data Scientist and lead the development of intelligent solutions powered by data. You'll work with large datasets, cutting-edge ML frameworks, and scalable pipelines to solve real-world problems and deploy models that make an impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Develop robust data pipelines and perform advanced data wrangling using Airbyte, DBT, and Airflow.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and feature engineering with tools like Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate using Git and shared notebooks for reproducibility and transparency across teams.
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality and professionalism, especially in a flexible, remote work environment.
Job Requirements
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
- 8+ years of experience as an AI Data Scientis
- Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of data wrangling and ETL practices using tools like Airbyte, DBT, and Airflow.
- Experience with collaborative coding and version control using Git and shared notebook environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Experience with HuggingFace Datasets, Power BI, or Streamlit for model serving and visualization.
- Background in NLP tasks, including preprocessing, embeddings, and bias analysis.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
