Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead high-impact network infrastructure projects in a complex enterprise environment. This is a unique opportunity to drive mission-critical initiatives using a blend of traditional Waterfall and Agile principles, working across cross-functional teams and technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end management of network infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Apply Waterfall methodology as the primary framework while integrating Agile practices where beneficial.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on goals, progress, and expectations.
- Ensure adherence to security, operational, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on network infrastructure.
- Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall project management; familiarity with Agile practices is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of networking and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS), including deployment and operations.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in large-scale, enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise security best practices.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
