Job Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Axway Secure Transport (ST) environments for secure, reliable file transfers.
• Analyze, monitor, and troubleshoot secure file transfers using tools like SQL, Splunk, and ST APIs.
• Support internal business units by providing technical insights into file transfer configurations and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure file exchange solutions tailored to business needs.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate system health and performance.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are met in all file transfer processes.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Axway Secure Transport (ST) Engineer
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial
• Solid understanding of secure file transfer protocols and enterprise-level file exchange architecture.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with using ST APIs for automation and integration tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Proven experience integrating Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) with internal systems and third-party applications.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with additional secure transfer tools or MFT platforms.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) in relation to file transfers.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
